Guidelines for a Forgotten PANALOPINOY Password
If you cannot remember your password, avoid repeatedly entering random combinations because multiple unsuccessful attempts may temporarily restrict access to your account.
Use the official “Forgot Password” option available on the PANALOPINOY login page. You may be asked to provide your registered mobile number, username, or email address to confirm your identity.
A verification code or password-recovery link may then be sent to your registered contact information. Enter the code only on the official website. Authorized support personnel should never ask you to reveal your old password, PIN, or one-time verification code.
If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact official customer support. Be prepared to complete identity verification before any account details can be changed.
